Haeva - interactive and immersive display of buildings
Real-time interactive 3D allows you to navigate without constraints in every direction inside the reconstructed environment, by opposition to a movie where you are totally guided and unable to choose your position or view angle.
Our sister company DS Improve has developed an in-house immersive virtual reality application based on the last innovative technologies found in the videogame industry (graphics hardware, 3D libraries, controllers, technical and scientific papers).
This application doesn’t preprocess the lighting (everything is done in real-time and is dynamic). There is no heavy preprocessing to optimize geometries and textures. The CAD models used in architecture are thus imported as raw material in this system.

The algorithms used in the Haeva 3D simulator aren't using any preprocessed information. It is thus possible to change lighting conditions on the fly, to swap objects and textures and get an immediate feed-back. This is a precious tool to aid in a decision process or in a learning process.
The fact that there is no preprocessing allows us to quickly insert customers' 3D models inside a virtual environment.
As this simulator is an in-house development done by our sister company we have a total control of the display process and a control over all the algorithms that are used in this process. We are not depending of proprietary « black box » technologies developed by tiers. We have at DS Improve Group the required in-house knowledge to make our solution evolve in order to answer precisely to our customers' needs.
